Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment. To help us serve all our patients efficiently, please take note of our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation within 24 Hours:

If you need to change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before. This allows us to accomodate other patients who need care. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, there will be a $50 fee.

2. How to Cancel:

Call us during regular office hours at 214-415-2125 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our staff will be happy to help you make the necessary changes to your appointment schedule.

If the office is closed and you need to cancel, please leave a voicemail message letting us know that you need to reschedule or cancel.
You can also send a text message to 214-624-6874.

3. Rescheduling:

We’re happy to accommodate same day rescheduling requests whenever possible. Feel free to contact us, and we’ll try to help you find an alternative appointment slot that fits your schedule.

4. Late Arrivals:

We do our best to stay on schedule and minimize wait times for all of our patients. If you’ll be running late, please give us a heads-up as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate you, however, your appointment time may need to be adjusted, or your planned services may need to be modified if you are more than 10 min late.

5. No-Show Policy:

If you have multiple missed appointments we will recommend that you call us same-day to fit you in for an appointment.
