As of 3/18/2020, after careful consideration of the recent recommendations and guidelines put forth by the American Dental Association, we have made the decision to close the office for elective treatment until further notice from the Texas Dental Board and The City of Dallas. On a weekly basis we will re-evaluate the information from the Centers for Disease Control and the American Dental Association and determine if it is safe to re-open.
We will continue to be open to patient’s of record on an on-call basis for dental emergencies. This includes infection, swelling and pain that cannot be suppressed with over the counter medication.
Much is unknown about Coronavirus disease but what the CDC does know for sure is that COVID-19 is transmitted through close contact with an infected individual. Individuals can prevent the spread of viruses by practicing good hand hygiene (hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, hand sanitizer use- at least 60% alcohol), avoiding touching the face with unwashed hands, avoiding close contact with sick individuals, and staying away from other individuals while sick.
We urge you all to stay safe and we look forward to getting back to what we love to do!
Smile Proudly,
Dr. James and the Team @ Trinity Dental Loft.
