Delaney grew up in north Austin and will always have a soft spot for it, although she’s loved calling DFW home for over 10 years. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University. After briefly teaching 4th grade, Delaney realized a pivot into healthcare was a more fulfilling fit and earned her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Tarrant County College in 2015. While there, she was the recipient of the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award and the Oral-B Preventive Dentistry Award. She loves how dental hygiene melds her love of education with her desire to help patients improve their overall health and confidence.
Aside from helping patients maintain excellent oral health, Delaney enjoys reading (last year, she logged 56 books), trying out new and old restaurants, and snuggling the two laziest dogs, Lupin and Milo. She and her college sweetheart, Cory, have been married since 2009 and have 3 (almost 4) children.
